Manhattan room - Roommate wanted $825 (Monthly)

I have 1 roommate moving out at the end of August and I'm looking for 1 amazing person to move in. The apartment is in Washington Heights. (same block as the 1 line, 2 blocks from the A & C).

We need to fill this room ASAP.

This would be for a 12 month lease starting September 1st. Management would need the following from either you or a guarantor:

-ID
-Employment Verification Letter
-Last Two Paystubs
-Last Two Bank Statements
-Last Year's Tax Returns or W2
-Credit Report ran within the last 60 days
-1 st and Security deposit ($1,650)

It's a 2 bath, 4 Bedroom. We have a washing machine and dryer. The available rooms is Next to mine. We'll be sharing a bathroom. I work nights, so I'll only need the bathroom in the afternoon. I would need someone to be considerate of the fact that I sleep mornings. The wifi is always 27.88 (monthly) and Con-ed ranges from anywhere between $50-60.
