The apartment is conveniently on the 1st floor, as you enter you are greeted by an exposed brick-wall with each room running off the corridor, the 1 bathroom is nicely tucked away, has a double sink and a large incredible spa like shower with great water flow.
The corridor leads to the open kitchen and living / dining space. Kitchen has a washer dryer and dishwasher and breakfast bar. The living and dining room has a folding dining table and sofa all surrounded by large windows.

The apartment is ideally located at 180th and Pinehurst, just a block from the A express at 181 and 7 mins walk to the 1 train. It's a friendly neighborhood with a range of local stores for groceries, the new GWB shopping center, pharmacy, coffee shops including Uptown Garrison for a great coffee or cocktails, Starbucks, a great liquor store, bars and restaurants. Beautiful Fort Tryon Park, the riverside pathways, tennis courts, soccer fields and Bennett Park are all within a short walk.

You would have two 30+ responsible female roommates, including an Aussie, who is a journalist and is always up for a drink or a friendly chat. Also an American pre-school teaching who also teaches kids tennis and loves a quick workout. We value fun & ease, self awareness, cleanliness, and of course communication!

$1100 plus $75 share of utilities and then added household shared expenses (toilet paper/dishsoap) to be managed with roommates. We are looking for one person for a minimum of 4 months ideally.
