Hello everyone! We are looking for someone to fill 1 bedroom (in a 4 bedroom apartment) in Washington Heights.
The Apartment: 4 bedroom apartment, 1 bathroom, dishwasher, new appliances, lots of natural light, and great roommates!
The Room: A sunny bedroom, fits a full bed and a big closet with mirror doors (no need to bring/buy a mirror, built in full length mirror).
The Location: Apartment right above the 1 train and about a 7 min walk to the A/C train. Laundromat is 1 block away. Plenty of shops, grocery stores and parks nearby.
The Roommates: We are 3 women in our upper 20s and lower 30s. One is a special ed teacher, the second is a journalism graduate student and the third roommate is pursuing her MSW at NYU. We are very friendly and love casual conversations in passing, but everyone mainly keeps to ourselves for the most part. Please note, one roommate has a cat.
Rent is $1050 a month and utilities coming out typically around $50-$70 each.
