Closet is huge! Room fits a full sized bed, a desk and chair, and two drawer chests. (Could fit up to a queen sized bed.)

Near the C and 1 trains, with lots of restaurant options nearby, supermarkets, pharmacies.

Cats and small/medium dogs OK.
Only women and nonbinary folks, please!

Available to move in on Feb 1st. February rent is FREE! (it’s already paid for) - only need to pay the $980 deposit. There are 6 months left on the current lease, but you’re more than welcome to renew at the end.
