Huge en-suite room

Hi. I live in a huge pre-war apartment. You’d have a very large en-suite bedroom in an apt that has a foyer, full kitchen, dining room and living room. I’m a mature long term New Yorker. Been here almost 20 years. I have a cat, so preferably no other pets.. The apartment is a home. So no parties, no drugs, minimal guests and always respectful about having people over. I like to chill out after work, cook, watch movies, sometimes in the living room, sometimes in my bedroom. I spend all day talking to people at work, so sometimes I just need to rest and recharge when home. I’m looking for someone who is actively respectful about cleanliness, noise and overall that they’re living with a roommate. A good communicator, mature and vegetarian or vegan. I’m open to a couple (of any sexual orientation) the price of the room would go up to $1500 for two. I’m located right between the 181st A and 1 train.
