Big furnished room for rent!!!

I am a 26 year old Hispanic female renting a room in my home where I live with my mother. We are very nice and polite and easy to get along with. My mother works 5 times a week at a hair salon and I travel a lot. We are very big on cleanliness.

We are looking to rent immediately to a clean, quiet, laid back, respectful male who will mostly keep to themselves with a stable GOOD job/career!!! No smoking, no visitors, no pets, (we already have a small dog) the tenant will have full access to the kitchen and washing machine which is also located in the kitchen. The room is spacious with a big closet. The bathroom will be shared between the 3 of us.

The apartment is conveniently located 1 block away from A,1 and C trains. Presbyterian hospital is also 1 block away and many restaurants and retail stores near by.
