Hey there, everyone! I'm seeking someone to take over my sublease beginning April 1st through to Dec 31st with the possibility to resign. The available room, the largest in a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment located in Washington Heights, is conveniently situated two blocks away from the 1 train and one block away from the A train. The room (11x14) offers ample space for a king-sized bed, dresser, and desk. You’ll be living with two male roommates in their mid twenties that are professionals and rarely home, and a third female roommate in her mid twenties, also a professional who works from home. You will be sharing the bathroom with just one other housemate, ensuring optimal privacy. Plus, enjoy the convenience of in-unit amenities including stainless steel appliances, a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. PM if interested!!

Requirements: 45x the monthly rent ($1250/mo; 57k minimum yearly income) and credit score above 690. Guarantors are welcome!!

Water and heat is included in rent,
