Hello! A room has opened up in my apartment for $1500, inclusive of all utilities.
Located in a dainty, quiet street in Washington heights right by 181st street station.

I am a working professional who prioritizes cleanliness and peace at home more than anything.

Non negotiable for a roommate:
- please be a CLEAN person and know how to keep a home tidy. Cleanliness is very important in order for us to get along. You have to be willing to take turns to either clean the shared bathroom or common areas weekly.
- no constant overnight guests/boyfriends
- ideally be a responsible, working adult who is mindful of noise and respectful of other people’s property
