Furnished Room in 2-Bedroom West Village Apartment

Hi! Looking for someone to take the second bedroom in my two-bedroom apartment from September 1st for one month.

The apartment has a great location in the West Village and is super accessible to several subway lines (A-C-E-F-M-B-D-1), Hudson River Park, and tons of bars and restaurants. The apartment is furnished, as well as is the bedroom you'd be subletting (full bed, 4 drawer dresser, 6 ft hang bar with shelf, hooks, bookcase, mirror), the kitchen is well stocked with pretty much anything you'd need, and we would share a bathroom. Utilities--gas/electric and cable/internet--are included each month. There is also a cleaning lady that comes every two weeks to clean, which we would split. The place is just one flight up from the building entry on the second floor.
