Furnished Rm. in charming 2 bdrm West Village Apt.

Hello,

I am leaving NY temporarily and will renting out my bedroom while away. I plan to be away for at least 6 months and up to 1 year. This will be a month to month situation, as my return date is yet to be determined.

The common space (living room, kitchen and bathroom) will be shared with my current roommate, a 27 year old professional female. She is quiet, clean, courteous and very respectful of others' space and privacy and would expect the same in return.

The room:
The available room is furnished with a queen sized bed, Ikea expedit unit, side table, elpha drawer unit and a small desk. It also has a large closet and two large south-facing windows that allow a generous amount of light into the room.
