Heart of The West Village

One room available in a two bedroom apartment to be shared with my roommate, an easy going g, in his twenties. I am interested in renting the room starting from January 7 and April 1st. The apartment is located in the heart of the West Village, amid renowned restaurants, amazing shopping, and conveniences such as delivery for everything, laundry, food etc... Across the street from the building are the uptown and crosstown busses, with the A, B, C, D, E, F, M, L, and 1 train nearby. Also very close to museums such as the Whitney and abundant parks including the High Line and Hudson River Park.

The apartment is divided into two rooms, separated by a kitchen and bathroom. The space being rented is a private room, furnished with a full size bed, rolling rack, couch and table. It has been constructed to utilize the space beautifully, giving you a living area.

Looking for someone with a similar laid back disposition, who is responsible with rent, and cleans up after themselves.
