Charming Bedroom in 2bd Duplex in PRIME W Village

I am currently looking for a roommate for my 2 bedroom/1.5 bath two story apartment in the West Village. The available bedroom will be the lower level that features a large closet and a private half bath. The bedroom is quite large for NY standards, especially Manhattan. We have our own backyard accessible through the main floor. The location is absolutely incredible -- we are situated between Christopher St (1 train) and W 4th subway stations (ACE, FMBD).

I am a busy professional working on Wall St at a startup. I typically work 8AM-9PM, Monday through Friday. I am looking for a responsible, respectful roommate to share the space with. I am open for lease length depending on the person, but ideally at least 6-9 months, but will consider summer sublet for a negotiated rate. I'm really laid back and extremely courteous, looking for the same in a roommate.
