Located at 7 Carmine, it's just at the corner of Bleecker and 6th Ave, and within walking distance of all the best neighborhoods: Greenwich, SoHo, Union Square, Tribeca, East Village, Chelsea, EVERYTHING! I'm a block from the W 4th subway stop, with lines to the A, C, E, B, D, F, M trains, and it's a quick walk to Union Square for more trains - very easy to access!

I understand some things require a mess initially, but just be sure to clean up!

I don't have a preference if you're male or female--as long as you're easy-going, on a similar schedule, and are responsible/take care of your messes, that sort of thing. I don't mind visitors, as long as it's not too often, where it hinders the other roommates lives/schedules. Bottom line, I'm pretty easy going, and am just looking to have some like-minded individuals split the costs!
