July 1st opening here! I have found a BEAUTIFUL and AFFORDABLE 2 bedroom apartment in the West Village at the corner of Leroy and Bleeker. 5 minutes to Washington Sq. Park, amazing location. Huge living room, renovated bathroom, 2 bedrooms on the smaller side but both have closets and windows. There is also a backyard space for the building! Please note, there will be a brokers fee (negotiable, 1 month). First, Deposit + Fee. Total rent is $3296, split halfway the rent is $1648.

I have been hunting apartments for the last few weeks in Greenwich and West Village, needless to say it sucks. My prospective roommate just backed out on me so i am looking for someone new to see this beautiful property with me tomorrow at 12pm!

About me: I'm 30 years old, laid back, good sense of humor, working in online advertising sales. I like music, movies, travel, sports, exploring the city, etc. I like people who are kind(!), open minded, smart, and know how to laugh. I also want a roommate thats clean (keeps the place tidy but not a freak about it) and respectful, following the mindset of common sense. I like to have friends over and maybe start the night at home sometimes but nothing too crazy at the apartment, that's what the bars are for! Ideally you can become a friend. I've always become friends with roommates and want the apartment to feel like a home, not just a place I live. I realize you can't force friendship but if I vibe with you when we meet, that should tell me what I need to know!
