Bright&Spacious apt., 1bd available in real 2bd

I'm looking for a new roommate to share my gorgeous 2-bedroom apartment in the West Village. Sadly my roommate is leaving the city.

The apartment has tons of light from a huge 6'x6' skylight and 3 windows in the living room. The apartment is on the top floor of a 4 story building with 10'+ high ceilings, brick wall fireplace (not functioning), recent finishes and appliances. The shared space is large at 500 sq. ft and your room 120 sq. ft. The bedroom already has a built-in wall air conditioning unit below the window.

I'm a female in my early forties working regular M-F hours looking for someone with a similar schedule. I like to keep the apartment neat, clean and tidy but am not a neat freak. I'm fairly easy going and have always lived with roomates. On my downtime I like to cook and entertain occasionally or go out with friends for dinner/drinks/shows in the evenings. I try to keep a healthy lifestyle going to the gym but I also spend my fair share of time streaming Netflix.
