Room in West Village 2br for lease (4/1)

Perry Street in the West Village

My current roommate is moving into a studio, so I'm looking for a new roommate to renew the lease with on 4/1. I am a 25 yr old and work M-F 9-6 in FiDi.

About the apartment: it's a 6th floor walkup. Because of that, it gets awesome light and has a great view. Also, because we are on the top floor, there is never noise from an apartment above. Hardwood floors, new appliances, granite counters, marble shower, the whole 9 yards. No washer/dryer though.

As a roommate, I am very clean and will often clean the bathroom and kitchen just because I don't mind doing so. However, it would be great if we could clean the apartment together every couple of months. I have an 8 year old cocker spaniel named Bailey. He is a friendly dog that never barks. I am open to having a roommate with a dog as well, given that he/she gets along with Bailey!

Rent is $1975 + utilities. Lease runs 4/1/18-3/31/19. One month security deposit required by landlord at lease signing.
