1 bedroom available in a 3 bedroom West Village duplex on W 10th st. Roommates are two lovely ladies in their late 20s/early 30's. We all pretty much keep to ourselves and are very busy, so we rarely see eachother and get along extremely well. Zero issues!

The bedroom available is on the lower level, along with the 2nd bedroom and shared bathroom.
The room is small but there is space for a dresser (can also put dresser in hallway as shown in photo) and you will have a decent sized closet just outside the bedroom. The dresser and bed were both purchased a year ago and are available to buy for a bargain if interested.

The kitchen and living room are upstairs, along with the 3rd bedroom which has it's own private bathroom.

While this is a ground floor apartment, the price is an absolute steal for the area and the location can't be beat. The street is quiet and I am never woken by outside noise. Any noise in the summer is drowned out by the A/C. I have had nothing but a great experience living here.

Near Washington Square Park and plenty of subway lines (1/2/3, B/D/F/M, A/C/E, L, Path)

First, last and security are due at signing ($1,273 x 3). Along with an application fee ($200) and lease transfer fee ($250)

The lease expires 7/31 at which point you will have the option to renew. The rent typically increases only $10/yr in total.
A guarantor is required by the management company, regardless of income.
