Large BR with Private Bath and Great Location

Hi! I am in a fabulous 3-bedroom 2-bath apartment, and the room we are renting out will have its own private bath. We also have a private roof (have held parties for up to 50-ish people - tight but doable!) and washer/dryer and dishwasher in unit. Looking for someone chill who has their own life, but is also cool with watching TV in the communal area, and with roommates cooking or having friends over. We always notify the other roommates before anyone (boyfriends or friends) come over, and are able to keep it chill because we are very respectful. Looking for someone who feels the same way, and will have their own social life as we are both very busy professionals who have been in the city for 5-10 years. The room also comes with a mini-balcony, which is great for enjoying outdoors, but please no smoking of any form on the balcony as it gets into the other rooms through the windows. The two main allergies we have are gluten (both roommates are gluten free, but the roommate moving out is not, and it's definitely not a pre-requisite) and lavender (sadly, I am allergic, so no lavender products inside the house please). Our current 3rd roommate is moving out by June 1, and we are looking for someone to take over her room on that date. Would love to meet to discuss!
