Less than a 5 minute walk to West 4th St A/B/C/D/E/F/M subway station and 14th St 1/2/3/L line. It is a 3-bedroom on the first floor of a walk up building, shared bathroom and kitchen. Your roommates would be 2 working professional females in their late 20s/early 30s, both clean and quiet, looking for the same.

Move in as early as October 28th for 9 months with possibility of renewing lease at the end of July.
