The house is a very nice exposed brick unit, 2nd floor walk up, with an open kitchen and a nice bathroom. The room is facing 11th street and it is very quiet. The house is already equipped with all you need or you can bring the furniture you have, the existing roommate is very flexible.

The current roommate is a lovely 32 yo American girl, living her best life in the city.
