Available for short-term rental (with an option to extend the length of stay) is a fully-furnished bedroom with a luxurious queen-size bed, beautiful bedding, night tables, a desk, a comfortable sitting chair, closet. The bedroom faces quiet gated gardens with beautiful sounds of birds chirping in the morning. The room was previously rented on Airbnb with great reviews of the place, neighborhood and myself as a "super host".

The apartment is in the most coveted and beautiful Manhattan neighborhood, the West Village and the kitchen have all new appliances. It is walking distance to all and varied transportation, bars, cafes, The Whitney Museum, The Highland, half a block to Hudson River Park, shops, food markets, et al.

About me - I am a cool easy going native New Yorker who is well-traveled with over 25 years in the music industry. I currently work from home; I'm a foodie and some of my hobbies include exercise, yoga, reading, music and everything related to the arts. While I am pretty social, I also enjoy alone time. Last but not least I am an avid animal lover. Oh, and I also have a pretty good sense of humor to boot.

The household is multi-lingual --English, Spanish, Portuguese and Woof
Woof is spoken fluently.
