Fully furnished room in West Village apartment

Looking for a roommate to take over 2nd bedroom in super cute West Village walk up. Short term rentals also considered. Room is fully furnished and super cute! The building is in prime location on Perry Street - quiet and serene but close to all the fun and trendy restaurants. The apartment itself has a full living room with fully decked out wall to wall bookcase, awesome art covering the walls and a nice TV from which to watch Netflix or Amazon Prime (both included). Apartment has a lovely separate dining area right off the kitchen. Both areas (as well as each of the rooms!) include awesome windows and airflow. Bedroom is currently fully furnished with a full size bed, nice leather chair and clothing rack. All of the rooms have an AC unit and fans. Lots of storage in the apartment, including two closets in the main area plus large dresser in the living room. No washer / dryer in the building but that is one of the drawbacks of living in the WV. Jane Laundromat or the Great Wall cleaners are all around the corner. In terms of roommates - I?m a 33 yr old attorney working at a fin tech start up and there?s a cuddly 8 year old golden who will also provide hugs for free. Graduated from UT Austin and finished law school in Houston - worked in Houston and Mexico City for a few years (yes, I speak Spanish) before moving to New York. Most weekends you can find me strolling around the neighborhood and making new friends with my super flirty dog, writing or going to a film. Also fanatic of all the brunch and italian spots round the neighborhood (some of which treat me like family - yes yes I've got some bragging rights but it takes skills (and a very nice smile) haha!).
