This room is available starting June 1st, 2020 and can be rented either for the summer (June through August), or ongoing until the lease renewal in March, 2021. The room will come unfurnished but the rest of the rooms will be furnished as seen in the photos.

The location is AMAZING--it's on an incredibly cute street in the West Village and is a three minute walk to Washington Square Park and NYU's campus

The apartment is also approximately 500 feet from the A/B/C/D/E/F/M trains at West 4th street and 500 feet from the 1 train at Christopher street. It's also about a 7 minute walk to the 2/3 trains at 14th street.
