Looking for someone to sublet the second bedroom in my apt. The space is a newly-renovated true 2 bedroom apartment in a great location in the west village, and decently sized for the neighborhood! A block from the 1,2,3 on a beautiful block in the heart of great restaurants and bars.

The living space and kitchen are furnished so you just need to provide your own bedroom furniture. The bedroom fits a queen bed plus a dresser and possibly a desk as well. It's quiet, on the side of the building away from the street, with one sizable window and a closet. Looking for someone to replace me as I've moved out. My roommate is a super friendly, laid back and clean female working professional.
