Large bedroom in West Village, Nov 1 or 15th

We are for a housemate for a huge, beautiful duplex in the Far West Village, 1 block from Hudson River Park. It truly is an incredible neighborhood and space! A few blocks south of the Highline; very safe and extremely residential.

Can be flexible with move-in date but at minimum a 5 or 6 month stay, possibility to extend.

Seeking a non-smoking, professional, employed person or student.
Laid back and reasonably neat and considerate.
We are 3 friendly, busy, housemates-2 NYU PhD students and one designer- and have an occasional meal together but respect each others space, while also enjoying the communal space together.

We are covid free and follow all the recommended protocols in and out of the apartment.

The apartment is a duplex and is very spacious, especially for the West Village.
The main floor is comprised of a large living-dining room-combo, the kitchenm and a half-bath.
The available bedroom is on this floor.

The 2nd floor of the duplex entrance has 3 bedrooms, as well as a full bathroom-there is also a 2nd (optional) entrance.

The bedroom is approximately 12 x 12 and is beautifully furnished with ample storage space and a large closet.

Besides the bed and the dresser, can be flexible with removing other furnishings.

There is a laundry room in the building, as well as security.

The rent is $1,650 (plus utilities which range from $20-$50 a month) that include super fast wi-fi, electric, and heat

There is a housekeeper that comes in every other week, we each contribute $50 a month toward this and then rotate the bi-weekly cleaning.

References and one month's rent of security deposit is required.
