Small 1br available in a 3br, 2 bathroom apartment. It is a basement apartment which has full windows in every room but does not get a ton of light. The trade-off is you're on one of the best streets in the West Village.
Room is available January 1. Rent is $1050 which does not include cable/wifi (about 70/mo) and utilities (ie the electric/gas bill which fluctuates: 40 to 50/mo in winter, could be 70/80 in summertime with ACs).
Ideal roommate would be late 20s/30something. Roommates are a male writer and a male IT manager & DJ.
The bedroom is 11' by 7' with a closet, storage, etc. You share a full bathroom with shower. The other roommate has his own full bathroom.
Apartment has a full kitchen and living room (which is shared by all 3 roommates). First month's rent and we’re good to go. Sublease.
