Great room in great area!

I have a nice furnished room available for rent in one of the best areas of the West Village with all the amenities the West Village has to offer within walking distance. We are friendly and family oriented. The apartment is surrounded by a private courtyard. The place is large and unique. The room has AC, high speed internet, your own small refrigerator, and the kitchen has just about everything a kitchen should have. You may have an occassional guest stay with you as long as they are fully covid vaccinated, i am informed and i agree to it prior hand. Things things I will require of potential renter.
1. No court or eviction cases on your record
2. A good credit score history
3. A criminal background check
4. Financial ability to be able to pay the rent.. such as employer verification, savings or checking info.
5. 2 references
6. Info on current and previous landlord

I understand that if you are very young you might not be able to supply previous landlord info and I will work with that. If you are a smoker we have the courtyard where you can smoke. Any other details you or I might meant to cover can be discussed in person.
