It has a big external closet/storage attached, a book and storage shelves, a loft twin bed, a big work table/desk and desk chair, a desk lamp, a floor lamp, a small fridge with work counter, a corner table and bench. It's a good bet for an undergrad vegan student needing a quiet safe place to live.

Our clean and neat two bedroom apartment (additional photos available), .is in a clean, warm, well cared for and functioning elevator equipped building with great maintenance and Security. There is a large laundry.

NYU/Washington Square Park is 18 minutes walking. Union Square 20 minutes walking. Bus = 2 blocks. IND/IRT/PATH Subways = 5 blocks.
