Kitchen is equipped with complete set of matching eight for dinner, also matching tableware, glassware, toaster, blenders, (2), roaster, seating for 6. Living room has sofa, arm chair, book shelves, benches functioning as seating or work tables. Lobby and Bathroom are as in photos. There is also a second bedroom.

The building has excellent security and maintenance staff, (male and female), and full camera surveillance as well as a 24/7 doorman, (door-person since we have females too). Large, newly renovated and equipped Sebco My Magic Pass Laundry Room, 5 elevators and best of all 360 roof tops views.

Hudson River Park is across the street. 5 minute walk to High Line Park/Whitney Museum.
