The room includes a closet, an A/C unit and two windows. It is able to fit a full size bed plus a dresser and/or a small desk. Rent is $925 per month plus utilities and wifi (around $70 per month).

The apartment is in a nice, quiet location close to many bars, restaurants, and Carl Schurz Park. There is a laundromat right now the street (a two minute walk). It is about a 10 minute walk to the Q train at 86th Street and a 15-20 minute walk to the 4/5/6 trains at 86th Street. It is also within a 5 minute walk to either the 79 or 86 crosstown buses.

Move in is first month?s rent plus security deposit for a total of $1,850.

Roommate is a teacher in her early 30s and is easy-going, clean, and respectful.

Room is available on December 1st.
