Summer Rental - Yorkville Apartment

Looking for a roommate for the summer! Rent time frame is June 1st - September 1st. Can be until August 1st as well. The apartment is located in Yorkville - near the 4/5/6 (86th Lexington Avenue stop) and the new Q line (86th st.). There is a Whole Foods directly across the street as well as a Fairway on 86th between 2nd avenue and 3rd avenue. It's a really convenient area. The neighborhood is very safe and lovely. It's a 5-10 minute walk from the Guggenheim/The MET/ and Central Park as well as the East River! The room available is small but cozy, there is also a very powerful air conditioner in the room as well. You will have access to a fully functioning kitchen and washer/dryer as well as a hanging closet and dresser. We have a nice table that's perfect for work. The rent is $1425 plus half of utilities (gas/electric and wifi) ,but am willing to negotiate down a LITTLE. Looking for someone that is clean and nice!
