Small room in a prime location on Yorkville

I have 1 bedroom available in a 2 bedroom house on the Upper East Side. I am looking to rent the room starting on Feb 10. I?m looking for someone to stay at least 1 month max. 2 month. but that?s not a deal breaker. No smokers. It is in a great area with a lot of bars, restaurants, etc. close by. There is a grocery store down the street, laundry across the street, and a gym close by. It's in the same street of the Q line trains, 2 minutes walking from the building. There is no doorman or elevator the apartment is in the 4th floor.

Room: $800. The room is unfurnished . It?s a small room it could fit a queen size bed but it will be tight

PS: There is no closet

We share the electrical bill

2& yr old male. I?m from Brazil, work as an engineer and got transfer from my company to stay at least a year in USA, I?m married but my family is still in Brazil.
