We have a room for rent in a beautiful, clean, and convenient Yorkville/Upper East Side apartment available at $1,175 per month. We are only looking for long term renters (6 months plus). The current occupants are two professionals, one male and one female, living together in the apartment for the last 3.5 years. The third roommate (potentially you) is not and will not be on the core lease but will sign a sub-lease agreement due to the fact that the current third occupant is not on the lease. Here are the general stats:

- Minutes away from the east river
- 15 minutes walk from the 4,5,6
- 10 minutes walk from the Q
- Laundry in the basement
- The size of the room is 9'6 by 7'6 feet
- Pictures of the closet are not included but it is well-sized relative to the room
- The room has one medium sized window and one small skinny window which allows sunlight in
- There is one bathroom shared between the three of us
- The living room/kitchen area are a good size and furnished/stocked with the necessities however you may bring kitchen/living items as long as there is space for it and we agree (for items such as furniture in the common areas)
