I have a true one bedroom apartment located 2-blocks from the new Q line. Second floor walk-up with brick walls, and furnished.
I would like to sublet the apartment for 2-3 months as I will be traveling in and out of NYC. I have family here so you will have the entire place to yourself. Looking for responsible and respectable person or couple to stay at my home while I am gone.
Heat, electricity and hot water, furnishings and internet included in rental. Basically, move in with your suitcase.
