Full Closet Bedroom in Yorkville 2BR Apartment

Hello Friends!

I have an available bedroom in a beautiful 2BR apartment in Yorkville. One block from the 4/5/6, Q train and various bus routes.

The apartment is furnished but the bedroom is not.

I'm a 29 y/o attorney, a plant mom and a procrastibaker. I'm very warm my vibe is chill. I'm looking for the same in a roommate. Ideally, someone who is kindhearted and knows their way around cleaning supplies as I run a tight shipwreck. *laughs at own joke*

Move in is July 1, 2020.

There is a pup in the apartment. His name is Gandalf (the Tan). He's 7 months old and is a playful snuggle bug who loves new friends! I've attached a picture.

Also, I know we are in a crazy time right now and there is a lot of fear re Covid-19 and meeting new people or moving into new spaces. I have had Covid-19. I had it in March right before we shut down here in NYC. I have been tested and have super high antibody levels that I'm donating convalescent plasma. So, as far as medical professionals tell me, I have immunity for at least the short term.
