Sublease available on 80th St. between 1 & York. I love the apartment but will be leaving Manhattan. Sublease from March 21 to June 30 with option to renew on July 1.

Laundry in basement-newer machines, no quarters needed . Large closets and newly renovated bathroom. Huge windows in both the bedroom and living room. Large island in the kitchen to use to cook & store appliances. Apartment is close to bars, restaurants, and Carl Schurz park.

We are not profiting from the sublease- the rent is a great deal. March rent would be prorated.

We would charge for utilities, application fee, and a small security deposit that would be returned at the end of the current lease.
