Hi there! Looking for someone to take over my room starting June 15 or July 1 in a 3 bedroom/1.5-bathroom apartment on the UES. Lease ends Dec. 2020 with option to renew. Two other roommates are professional females in late 20?s/30?s who are tidy, respectful, easygoing and generally keep to themselves. Great apartment for someone who looking for an amenitized building in a convenient location at a competitive price. Apartment is also large enough to comfortably maintain social distancing at home.

About the room: Huge, true bedroom in a 3-bedroom apartment with full-size closet and massive window with views of the East River. Enough room for home workouts and receives tons of natural light. Feels like a mini studio. Room can come furnished or unfurnished ? I?ll be selling most items (queen sized bed + frame & headboard, TV, bookshelf, desk, side table, small set of drawers, storage containers, etc.) and can hang on to anything you?d want to keep.

About the apartment: 3 bedroom/1.5-bathroom apartment on 16th floor closest to Second Avenue. Full bathroom is shared and half-bath and closet in living room are used by one of the roommates. Fully stocked with kitchen supplies and furniture in common areas. There is a dining room table and kitchen bar stools for lounging in common areas, though no formal living room setup with a couch or TV, etc. Great setup for someone looking for privacy without sacrificing space.

About the building: Full-service luxury building with laundry, doorman, package room, renovated gym + rooftop lounge area and pool (membership required). Location couldn?t be better ? right on the corner of Second Avenue in between 95th and 96th. Q train and crosstown bus are immediately outside and 6-train is just a block away. There?s also a Rite Aid right downstairs and grocery store just a couple of blocks down. Plenty of great restaurants, bars and retail in the neighborhood to enjoy in the near future :). Building requires a credit background check and $500 lease change fee.
