1-br apt sublet (not a share) near trains & parks

This is my apartment that I won?t be using for a while, it?s in a very clean building with large new laundry room and elevator and full time doorman. Steps to the beautiful waterfront promenade and Carl Shultz park, also the new 2nd ave Q train to the west side in manhattan, or a little further to the 4/5 trains. Also close to many bus lines. If you have a car, street parking is pretty good compared to most other areas in nyc. I am looking for a quiet single trustworthy person. I?ve never sublet my apartment before so I?m hoping for a mutually ?drama-free? experience! All utilities including electricity, WiFi, local telephone, Netflix are included.
