We seriously love this little backyard space, it's been a god send during quarantine! We've been slowly working on sprucing it up with some nice gardening. We've planted a ton of our own herbs!

The Location:
90th Street between 1st and 2nd ave. Close to a ton of grocery stores (including the whole foods on 3rd!), and a lot of fun restaurants and bars on 2nd that have opened up outdoor seating!
Smack dab between the 94th st entrance and the 86th st entrance of the Q, super convenient to get to both!

The Details:
Looking for someone for August 1. You would be signing on your own new lease (12 month). Our management company is really flexible and have been a dream to work with in the short time we were here.

And we're covering the brokers fee, so no fee for you! All you need to move in is first months rent + 1 mo. rent for a security deposit.
