My roommate and I are giving up our beloved Yorkville / Upper East Side apartment - I’m moving with my partner to Austin, and she’s taking the shake up as an opportunity to try something new.

The rooms are slightly different sizes, but have features that make them pretty balanced (smaller room has two windows instead of one, and access to the fire escape.) One gigantic shared walk-in closet.

The building is safe, privately owned, the landlord extremely accessible and responsive, with excellent maintenance.

The 2nd Ave Q train entrance is on this block (ridiculously convenient) and the 6 train is just a few blocks over. Laundromat and dry-cleaning downstairs, walkable to Whole Foods, young and fun neighborhood with lots of restaurants and green space (Central Park to the West, and Carl Shurz to the East along the river.)

Available Now, though can be flexible with the move in date! Application fee for each renter applies (to cover credit check) and first month’s rent + one month security required with lease signing / move in.
