UES room in luxury tower

My roommate has lost his job and is here on a work visa so he unfortunately must leave. I?m a structural engineer and have lived in NYC for four years. I am looking for someone to sublet the smaller bedroom and I will continue to pay all utilities (including internet and cable) through end of lease (dec) and we can decide what we do from there. I enjoy going out and am quite social for an engineer although I don?t have people over often / I don?t bring the party home- looking for the same in a roommate. The building is a 34 story tower with laundry in building, doorman, and a block access to both the Q and the 6 train. Amenities as well although those are closed for now.
