Bedroom with a Private Bathroom available

Looking for someone to do a lease takeover on my room, which runs until November 2021. The Building is centrally located between Central + Charles Schulz park, 1 block to the Q, 2 to the 4/5/6. Laundry in Building, brand new AC in room, full kitchen with dishwasher.

This is a 3bed/2ba. One bathroom would be shared between you and another girl. She travels for work a lot and is very rarely home, so you pretty much have the bathroom to yourself most of the year. You can decorate the place as you see fit.

The room can easily fit a King Size bed. Staying behind in the room would be the 3door Armoire (that acts as your closet), it has plenty of storage space and room to hang your clothes and store shoes. There is a mirror available as well as a brand new in the box white bookcase that can come with the room free of charge.

Due to Covid I must move out and am trying to get someone to take over my lease. I am willing to pay your December rent, which would be beneficial to you moving your things before the Holidays. If interested, let me know!
