Room Available (Yorkville, River Views!)

Hi! My name is Emma I have been living in this apartment and room for the past year.

The room for rent is $906/mo plus ~$40 in utilities. You would be signing a 1 year lease form June 1, 2021 through May 31, 2022 and on this lease they are giving us TWO MONTHS FREE so its really a net $750 a month which is a steal!

The room is small, but a good size (I fit a full bed and three good sized dressers/shelves). Plus this is the only room in the apartment with a view of east river.

The apartment is newly renovated (5th floor walkup) with a large common space (kitchen and dining/living area) and a good size bathroom. There are three bedrooms, so you would be living with two other quiet, clean, respectful and professional girls :)

Area is E 95th Street between 1st and 2nd ave, so we are steps from the Q and about a 5 minute walk to the 6. 15 minute walk to Mount Sinai, 5 minute walk to all the great restaurants etc. on 2nd ave! Right next to the river and walking distance to central park.
