My boyfriend and I live in a condo in the Tiburon Hill Estates on Andrew Dr., and we have a room for rent!

Female applicants are preferred.

2 bed 1 bath, patio, tons of light, plenty of parking, access to the pool, laundry, and a fitness center.

Great location in Tiburon before Blackies Pasture, right next to the nugget shopping center.

The room can be fully furnished if you'd like or left empty. I have a very comfortable full bed and other furniture that will be going to storage unless requested otherwise!

We have a large hypoallergenic and super friendly bernedoodle who will immediately become your best friend. He demands all interested tenants pay rent in bacon.
