The room I wish to rent is unfurnished except there is a TV set which you do not have to use. The room is approximately 14 x 13'. There are two walk in closets each of which has a 5 foot long closet pole. I am an older woman and I would like To rent the bedroom to another older woman who does not smoke or drink alcohol.. You would have your own 9.9 cubic square foot refrigerator. The bedroom is upstairs and there is a shared bathroom between the two bedrooms. I am in one bedroom and I am renting out the other one. I'm A very private person and generally don't do much socializing with my renters . Of course you would have kitchen privileges .
