There is a bathroom directly across the hall from the bedroom with a shower. That would be the bathroom used. So It would be your own bathroom.
Looking for a non drinker, non smoker. And absolutely no drugs. No pets.
Wanting someone respectful, and responsible of the home that is neat and tidy and that cleans up after themselves. Looking for someone who maintains a clean bathroom, bedroom, and shared kitchen. Big on cleanliness. **No having overnight guests whatsoever!** Please be respectful.
Not opposed to someone renting the room that travels for work or needs a commuter room and place to stay while working in Marin.
Washer and dryer in unit. One parking space available under a carport.
Los Robles mobile home park is a nice place to live with well kept grounds, and the neighbors are friendly and courteous. Please email if interested.

Price is not negotiable as $900 a month is a steal for a bedroom, bathroom, plus utilities!
