Private Quiet Rooms / Condo Share in Novato

HOUSEMATES WANTED

I am looking for housemates to share my condo in the San Marin area of Novato. Perfect for mature single professional or semi-retired individual who works outside of the home and who after a long day's work comes home to a quiet adult household. I have 1 furnished room and 1 unfurnished bedroom and a bathroom that will be shared by the housemates. Each room is $900 per month. Satellite TV, Wi-Fi, internet, garbage, electricity, water and heat are included. Rent will be reduced by $100 monthly for the housemate who will do all the housecleaning.

My new housemates should be willing to share a home with cats. I am passionate about animals and have (2) 6 year old male cats who may be willing to share with another cat (with very long & slow introduction). Other traits desired are pretty easy going, friendly, neat, respectful, communicative, independent, and be responsible about rent and bills.

You will have access to most of the common areas of the home, living room, fully equipped kitchen, W&D, attic storage, patio's, association swimming pool, and tennis courts. We have local shops, Kaiser medical center, public transportation, open space, hiking & biking trails within walking distance. You must be able to demonstrate financial stability, have excellent references, pass a background and credit check.

Please no perfumes, drugs, smoking, strong cooking odors or heavy drinking.
