The rooms are connected by a sliding glass door.
Square footage of each room is bedroom 12X12 ft and the lower spare room 11 X 14.5 ft
Bedroom has a large closet with an upper full shelf for extra storage.
Full bath – semi shared with the landlord for shower use only.
Share kitchen and washer/dryer.
Rooms are not furnished.
Both rooms have ceiling fan lighting.
Access to large yard.
Plenty of street parking.
I have 2 very well-behaved small dogs and a cat. They will have no access to the rental rooms.
Rooms have been recently painted. I can share a recent video of rooms empty. Can be emailed to interested inquiries.
