I'm looking for an awesome roommate to share a wonderful place in San Rafael with me.

I have a Room for Rent with private balcony, a beautiful view, double closets, washer and dryer, and a swimming pool.

Located close to Dominican University and Hwy 101.
About a 17 min drive to San Francisco, and 25-30 mins to the downtown Financial District. Walking distance to all amenities.

Rent includes water heat, garbage, and a marked dedicated parking spot. Electric and internet we'd split about $60 each.
Shared space: Nice living room, amazingly large TV, and a kitchen with dishwasher, half bath, a full bath with bidet toilets, a jacuzzi tub/shower and another balcony with a view.

I'm looking for a working and or scholarly professional that is quiet, clean, responsible, chill, zen, friendly, with an open positive outlook on life.
