Looking for live in companion for senior

I am looking for a mature preferably retired woman who can provide care giving and companionship to my elderly mother.

She's 94 and active. She goes to senior day care on T, Th. We have day time caregivers so you can have day time job.

She has some dementia (more short term memory).

Loves to do puzzles and sudoku.
It is strictly to make sure she is safe in evenings. Minimal work, other than physical presence.

Room has a double bed with drawers, closet. You would have your own bathroom. Full use of rest of house.

No overnight guests.
No drugs.
No heavy drinking. Wine and occasional drink okay.
No smoking.
No pets.

You would have either Saturday or Sunday off, but would need to be home by 8. Occasional separate days off with notice okay. She already has a regular caregiver but looking for someone to be here some or all nights and occasional weekends.

Your main duty would be to be her companion.
Light housework for her.
Prior caregiving a plus.
One year commitment.
You must be able to pass a criminal background check, no exceptions. As well as a drug test.
Referrals as a caregiver and as a tenant required.
Small stipend considered.
